Position Description

A regional provider of specialty home infusion services with a history of excellent patient care and being the top provider of highly skilled infusion care is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Nursing Operations for the NY/NJ metro area.

This role will develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing operations, including infusion therapy and medication management. This person will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA, OSHA, and state nursing regulations, at each location. This person will also oversee the hiring and retention strategy for the region.

• Have at least 5 years of experience in leadership
• Have at least 7 years of nursing experience
• Experienced in infusion
• IgNS certification is preferred
