IgNS 2025 National Conference CE/CME Session Evaluations

Thank you for attending the IgNS 2025 National Conference!

To receive your CE/CME credits, please complete an evaluation for each session you attended. 

1. For each conference session you attended, click into the corresponding session evaluation. 
2. You will be prompted to enter the unique session code that was provided at the end of each conference session. 
3. Complete the session evaluation and submit.
4. After completing the evaluations for the conference sessions you attended, click “Get My Certificate“ from this page or any of the session evaluation pages. This will generate a downloadable certificate reflecting the cumulative total of CE/CME credits earned.
