KabaFusion is seeking a proven, high-impact nursing leader to drive clinical excellence and operational growth as our Director of Nursing in the Capital District of New York. This role is central to advancing patient care, building, and mentoring a high-performing nursing team, and strengthening collaboration with our pharmacy partners to scale a thriving home infusion branch.

Director of Nursing (Home Infusion)
Required Credentials: BSN, RN, NY State Nursing license. IgCN or CRNI preferred
We are looking for nursing leader candidates who bring:
• At least three years of experience managing a large home infusion/specialty branch servicing patients with Chronic and Acute diseases
• A clear track record of developing teams, improving outcomes, and leading teams through growth
• Are looking for an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role where clinical and leadership expertise directly shapes the success of the branch and the quality of care delivered to patients.
