James Markis, Pharm D “ Senior Vice President of Operations, Care Fusion Rx, Garden Grove, California.
Dr. Markis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California. He began his pharmacy career as a compounding pharmacist, specializing in both sterile and non-sterile compounding. He transitioned into home infusion and took on the role of the Director of Pharmacy at BioFusion (Torrance, CA) in 2009. With over a decade of concentrated Ig experience, Dr. Markis successfully treated thousands of patients with immune deficiency and autoimmune diseases. In his current role as SVP of Operations at Care Fusion Rx, Dr. Markis oversees all clinical operations and brings a patient-centric philosophy to every patient he treats. He is currently a licensed pharmacist in ten states. He is an accomplished speaker in Ig therapy and has presented at numerous national pharmacy conferences. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the USC School of Pharmacy and a preceptor to fourth-year pharmacy students. He serves on various clinical advisory boards sponsored by immune globulin manufacturers and other organizations.
When not practicing pharmacy, Dr. Markis enjoys spending time with his family and playing soccer with his two daughters.

Dr. Michael Rigas is the Chief Clinical Officer of KabaFusion, a position he has held since the Company™s founding. Previously, Dr. Rigas served as the Associate Chief Innovation Officer for Pharmaceutical Care at Geisinger Health System and Chief Clinical Officer at SureHealth Pharmacy Services. Before moving to Geisinger, Dr. Rigas served as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Crescent HealthCare. Dr. Rigas received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California and completed his residency at UC San Francisco Hospitals and Clinics.
